Qualification Title: Certificate of Completion in theory and practical components of Microblading procedures.

We offer a one on one, 5 days microblading training (max. 3 students/theory session), included theory and practical components. During your training days you are going to work on practice skin and on live models as well.

You are going to learn how to protect yourself and your clients from cross contamination from Hepatitis B, AIDS, etc. and how to maintain infection control and workplace health and safety practices (incl. waste management) on the highest level during the procedure. Our curriculum includes the technique of different hair stroke patterns, manual shading technique, using many types (different size and shape) of blades, specific microblading pigments, anaesthetics and colour correction. You will learn about facial anatomy, skin anatomy, shaping and correction techniques, also about hand tool operation with kit overview and maintenance, blade shapes and sizes, when and how to use them, client consultation, contraindications and aftercare instructions. Very important part of our training is the pigment education, what to look for in microblading pigment, safe and unsafe pigments, why some colours change in the skin and how to correct it. Our colour theory lesson is going to give you deep and useful knowledge and guidance for colour selection and correction techniques.

Your trainer is highly qualified (Cosmetic tattooist, Advanced Paramedical tattooist in Areola, Scar Camouflage and Skin Microneedling, Certified Soft Tap Artist, Microblading Artist, European Nursing Qualification, and Psychology studies, Basic and Advanced level Eyelash Extensions Artist, Lash Lift Technician, Advanced Plasma/Fibroblast Therapist, Dermaplaning Therapist), holds Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Diploma of Beauty Therapy.

Microblading class for existing PMU artists, 3 days: $3,750 (kit included)

MIDAS MICROBLADING KIT: 10x disposable microblading pen, 2×10 microblading blades (different sizes and shapes), sterilisable microblading pen, pigment rings, microbrushes, microblading pigments for light medium and dark hair, aftercare instruction, colour wheel, surgical marker, mapping string, wax pencil with sharpener

Upon a successfully completed practical and theory assessment you will receive a Certificate of Completion in Microblading Procedures at Queensland Beauty Training Academy.

WHAT TO BRING

Models

You can bring your friend or relative who has no contraindication to perform the treatment. All procedures are supervised by your trainer. (If you have trouble to organise models, please let us know in time)

Camera

Please bring your camera as we going to take before and after photos of your models as part of your training sessions used in conjunction with the Client Indemnity form. (Camera should have a macro feature for close-up shots) It also going to be the start of your portfolio and we encourage you to take as many photos as you like.

LUNCHES

Our Academy is conveniently set up with a refrigerator, microwave-oven, and tableware. Coffee and tea will be provided.
